Allow iser to be compiled under RHEL5.4

Add kernel of RHEL5.4 to the list of supported kernels (nackport patches
were already submitted by Or Gerlitz) and break the dependency between iSER and
iSCSI. However, the script code that builds iSCSI modules and upgrades
open-iscsi userspace RPM is still there in case we need it in the future.
Patches are to the install script and build scripts and were split into three parts.

Parse new option in ofed.conf

Add parsing of option "bonding_force_all_os" and passing
it to rpmbuild when building ib-bonding. The meaning of this new
option is: build ib-bonding for any OS and override the judgment

install.pl: rework logic determining whether to allow NFSRDMA

It is possible to install NFSRDMA on unsupported distros by installing a
newer kernel on an older distro.  Unfortunately, this causes issues with
trying to instal rnfs-utils and potentially other nasty side effects.
By reducing the logic to check for the supported distros and the
supported kernels only, then this should it prevent from happening.
Also, the logic is much cleaner this way.

This fixes bug 1825

time.

While nfsrdma module selected, the test whether nfsrdma is included in the
existing kernel-ib RPM fails as there is no such kernel module as nfsrdma.ko
Instead, there are other kernel modules created. So, "nfsrdma" is replaced
by one of its modules in this test.

SLES11 support was removed when 2.6.27 kernel support was removed.  The
check in the patch requires that a hyphen be present in the 2.6.27
kernel string(which currently only SLES does).

Also, no OpenSUSE kernels are currently supported.  So they must be
excluded from the kernel checks.

install scripts: rnfs-utils SLES10sp2 build break fix

Building rnfs-utils on SLES10sp2 breaks due to tcpd-devel issues with
32/64bit libraries.  tcpd-devel is only needed for TCP Wrapper
enablement in rnfs-utils.  This is unnecessary, as TCP Wrappers are only
needed on the server, and rnfs-utils is only need on the client.

With rnfs-utils-1.1.5-2.OFED, tcp-wrappers are disabled and the
build-req is no longer necessary.

Also, e2fsprogs-devel is needed by ppc in addition to ppc64.

This patch fixes bugs 1592 and 1594.

Since the RHEL5.1 kernel is 2.6.18-53.el5, it will fail the install.pl
check for NFS-RDMA compatible kernel version.  As all RHEL5 versions
have been backported, the check is no longer necessary and can be
removed.

ofed_1_4_scripts: Fix ppc64 building of rnfs-utils

rnfs-utils will not build on ppc64 without a 32bit version of
e2fsprogs-devel.  The 32bit version is needed due to logic previously
added to install.pl to force the compile to be 32bit.  Another way to
fix this issue would be to allow 64bit version of the rnfs-utils by
removing the logic which forces it to be 32bit.

With the added dependency, rnfs-utils compiles on RHEL5.2 on ppc64
without issue.
