Use sysfs_open_attribute() and sysfs_read_attribute()

Use sysfs_open_attribute() and sysfs_read_attribute() instead of the
deprecated function sysfs_read_attribute_value(), which is no longer
present in libsysfs2 (which is already in Debian and Ubuntu).
