[WinOF] RC3 changes
Short cut link to Add/Remove Programs as using msiexec.exe directly appearsed to work although carnage was left behind:
1) an incomplete Add/Remove programs entry
2) WinOF was not removed from system search path.
Appears msiexec.exe takes a slightly different path thru the installer; like starting at a lower level.
When ARP (Add/Remove Programs) is run directly things works as expected. Until such a time that the real story is uncovered, play it safe and use ARP.
