Use Case 7: Containers Provide Container Engine with Dynamic Resource Requirements

Newer HPC and Cloud architectures take advantage of containers to provide consistent compute platforms and environments to users.  In this use case, a Container Engine provides a Composability Manager with a list of container hardware needs, through a RESTful interface.  The Composability Manager determines the 'best' orchestration to meet the container needs and then interacts with Sunfish to compose dynamic architectures for the container runs.
